Your Path to Living Well: Our Mission, Our Passion

I’m Amy Richardson, a Certified Nutrition Therapist and founder of Living Well. I practice my passion—helping others with health concerns or lifestyle issues with food and nutrition therapy. I realize that today we are moving at light speed and have more confusing choices than ever before.

I try to help clear the clutter so nutrition comes more naturally for people. Really “living well” means being in balance. When our bodies on the inside are in balance, we exhibit health and wholeness. This means getting in touch with what our individual bodies need, how they function at their best, and therefore, what foods nourish us the most. It’s amazing to me how we’re all looking for quick fixes yet by doing so we get ourselves into more trouble than we were originally. That’s why I’ve chosen this field, because I’m so excited to share how I’ve embraced healthy changes and what I know can happen for others.
